Introduction: Prof. Jun-Yi Zhang is a senior researcher at Wuhan Institute of Physics and Mathematics, Chinese Academy of Sciences ,and a candidate of a candidate of “100 Talents Program” of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He obtained his Doctor Degree of Science on New Brunswick University. After that, he was the Research Associate at Charles Darwin University, Australia and worked at The King Abdullah University of Science and Technology from2011 to 2015. By continuing to work on the study ofhigh-level precision calculations on parameters for low energy electron (pet) scattering with atomic and molecular , he  improved quantum mechanics program which based on correlation functions of Gaussian and evolved the theoretical equation and calculation procedure of Long-range interactions between computing atom and charged ion.So far, he has published 36 papers on Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys. Rev. A and other distinguished journals. The statistics in his papers have been widely quoted and well known among the physicist.
