Xiaoxu Guan(关晓旭) 博士，毕业于吉林大学物理系，1998年于吉林大学原子与分子物理研究所获博士学位，先后在中科院武汉物理与数学研究所，美国University of Kansas，Drake University及Louisiana State University从事研究工作。在Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys. Rev. A, J. Phys. B, Adv. in Quantum. Chem.上发表60多篇论文。在研究原子分子体系的双光子双电离过程方面做出了许多出色的工作。现在Louisiana State University超算中心从事高性能计算研究及并行软件开发，致力于大规模并行计算在原子分子物理中的应用。
Abstract: I'll first introduce a few important concepts in high performance computing, including the model of MPI programming from partitioning, data communication, agglomeration, and mapping. Compute-bound and memory-bound applications will also be discussed. Finally, I'll demonstrate a successful solution of double photoionizaton of hydrogen molecules using massively parallel computing facilities.
